Leadership Skills

This intensive long management course prepares the delegates for demanding leadership roles necessary in today’s competitive world. The course emphasizes on many emotional skills required for a leader, who must have vision, know how to manage stakeholders, boost the team’s moral, manage risk, exploit opportunities, spot trends and create a creative & motivating environment for the team to work in.

Communication Skills

This course has been designed to accommodate two types of delegates with different communication needs; one group are co-workers who already know each other and want to improve their intercommunication skills and the other group are those delegates who don’t know each other or have not worked in the same team before.

The course covers fundamental project management techniques as well as providing useful guidelines and tips on strategic management, handing event operational issues, choosing venues and scheduling. Throughout the course, examples and case studies are provided so delegates can understand the nature and complexity of various parts of event management better.

Creativity and Innovation

This carefully designed course contains several step-by-step guides to teach delegates how to increase their creativity. You can’t learn creativity unless you practice it. Extensive exercises with detailed instructions allow the student in exercises based on the techniques discussed in the course.

Supervisory Skills

This course is designed to help delegates gain confidence in supervising others by knowing what areas they need to consider when leading people. Through various case studies, examples and scenarios, delegates learn what works and what does not when managing people.

Advanced Team Building

This course follows from the Team Building course and covers a series of insights on what happens when a group of people interact with others over an extended amount of time and their relationship matures.  This course is ideal for teams who already have some experience in leading their team.

Brainstorming

The right brainstorming techniques can significantly help to boost a team’s creative output. Delegates will learn about best practice guidelines on running brainstorming events and how to go through the main six stages. They will learn about facilitation skills, idea generation and evaluation, prioritization and decision making.

Root Cause Analysis

This course is centered around a set of useful tools within RCA that can help a variety of fault finding applications. The best way to learn these techniques is by example and plenty of examples are provided in the course. Delegates then get to practice these techniques by going through a number of exercises.

Advance Leadership Skills

The course provides examples on decision making, delegation skills, managing people and resources, managing brainstorming sessions, crisis management and so on. In addition, delegates get to practice giving short talks to their team or clients in order to improve their public speaking skills.

Project Management

Coaching Skills

Coaching Skills course will introduce you to the mentality of successful coaches, the effective methods of managing resistance and defensive coaches, the ability to control your emotions and to use others in inspiring and directing them towards achieving their goals.

Negotiation Skills

This course covers a wide range of topics such as negotiation strategy, game theory, psychological tactics, human emotional states, bargaining and so on which prepares delegates for a variety of situations that require negotiation. Real world negotiation examples are examined in detail.

Delegation Skills

This course is designed to help participants master the art of delegation by overcoming the fears that prevent people from engaging in this activity and make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Many people know the benefits of delegation but are afraid to use it.

Motivation, Persuasion & Creativity

The purpose of this course is to combine these three related fields, motivationpersuasion and creativity and prepare you for your life’s journey to achieve what you set about to do. If you have staff that you suspect are bored or don’t quite know what they want in life, this course can greatly help them to systematically analyse their life and feel excited about it!

Problem Solving
